Account Specialist
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Account Specialist in Naperville, IL. Overview: The Operations Analyst will be responsible for overseeing account enrollment processes, managing transactions, fostering utility partnerships, and providing crucial support in billing and arrears operations. This versatile role demands strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to perform various customer service and administrative tasks, including collections efforts in Illinois.
