Our international law firm client in Chicago has an immediate need for Real Estate Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of experience. This person will perform and coordinate due diligence, including review tittle commitments, surveys, zoning reports and underlying documents; assist in preparation and review of real estate conveyance and closing documents, prepare, review and file UCC Financing Statements, order and evaluate UCC, lien, litigation and similar searches, handle entity formation and maintenance along with related filings and other duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree is required. Exceptional skill, attention to detail and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision are required to be successful in this role. Must have ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate strong verbal, written, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to work overtime as needed. Salary range is $100K-$130K plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
