Premier Manufacturing Corporation (PMC) is a fully integrated, custom precision sheet metal fabricator for customers across a variety of industries. Based in the Greater Chicago area, we provide custom solutions to customers nationwide and in Canada.

* Part-time/Flexible Hours (Estimating 4 Hrs/day)

Responsibilities:

• Sales Support-entering sales orders and invoicing.
• Accounting functions – assist with accounts payables and receivables.
• Purchasing consumables, hardware, and other shop and office supplies.
• Assist with managing inventory of material, hardware, supplies and other components.
• ERP system monitoring of employee times each day.
• Reconciliation of credit cards.
• Organizing, filing and shredding paperwork.
• Special Projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Work Experience:

• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.
• Detailed-oriented
• Enjoy working in a team environment.
• Must demonstrate effective computer, verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound reasoning and decision-making ability; strong analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing demands.
