Human Resource Coordinator

As an HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting core HR functions including compliance, HRIS (Paylocity), recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. You’ll work alongside a supportive team and have a direct impact on shaping the employee experience from day one.

What’s the job?

• Maintain accurate employee data in Paylocity and run compliance reports

• Conduct regular internal audits (I-9s, trainings, file accuracy) and support external audit prep

• Coordinate recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process including new hire orientation and system setup

• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and support the broader HR team

• Assist with benefits billing, workers’ comp, and policy compliance

• Plan and help execute employee events, service awards, and cultural initiatives

What’s needed?

• 1–3 years of experience in HR support or coordination

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Paylocity preferred)

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and discretion

• Familiarity with compliance and audit processes (EEO, DOL, I-9, etc.)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Passion for creating a great employee experience
