rRESPONSIBILITIES: In this position, employees are responsible for the

development and implementation of marketing and communication tactics that strengthen the university brand and/or programs, and enhance recruiting and retention efforts including, but not limited to: marketing analyzation, coordination of marketing events, website design and management, social media management, and creating digital and print materials.

WORK LOCATION: Macomb campus

APPOINTMENT: As soon as possible

MONTHLY WAGE: \$3,905 - \$4,295 (anticipated starting wage \$3,905)

Job Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, public relations, or a closely related field. One (1) year (12 months) of professional work experience in marketing, public relations, communications, brand management, or a related professional area. Experience managing digital and social media content (including YouTube) for organizations, with a focus on content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement. Experience developing and implementing content strategy, including audience segmentation and data-informed digital marketing. Experience supervising student workers or content creators. Experience in photography to support digital media and marketing efforts.

Note: Master\'s Degree in an area consistent with the duties of the

position may be substituted for one (1) year (12 months) of work experience.
