Bonus Pay: Eligibility for 10% of Annual Salary paid quarterly

Description:

Requirements

• 13 years of highvolume restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
• Fullservice, upscale casual to fine dining kitchen experience
• Offering genuine hospitality with fast and friendly service
• Looking for longterm employment, on average our managers stay more than 5 years
• Ability to walk for long periods of time
• Ability to climb stairs
• Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40lbs
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 12 hour shift
• Availability to work Holidays and Weekends
• Work in a noisy and fast paced environment
• Work indoors and/or outdoors, exposed to hot and/or cold
