Job Summary

If you're interested in a n Entry Level Laboratory Technician job , then this is the best role for you! This role supports daily genotyping lab operations. The individual will maintain general lab orderliness, receive and label samples, and assist with reagent and buffer preparation. The position also includes equipment troubleshooting , operation, and the review and archiving of task ‑ related documentation.

Job Description

• Lead general laboratory operations, housekeeping, and maintenance of workspace cleanliness.
• Receive, label, and organize incoming samples.
• Maintain and replenish labware inventory.
• Prepare buffers, reagents, and other necessary laboratory solutions.
• Troubleshoot and operate equipment required for genotyping production.
• Review, maintain, and archive task ‑ related laboratory documents.

Skills Required

• Ability to follow Employee Safety and Health (ESH) guidelines, SOPs, and workflow procedures.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work under more than one supervisor.
• Effective communication skills for working with manufacturing and research personnel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

Education/Training/Certifications

• Relevant technical, scientific, or laboratory ‑ related education or training .

Additional Requirements

• Must pass a drug screening and criminal background checks
• Work 3rd shift in the Genotyping Lab (1:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., Monday–Friday).
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
• Ability to interface professionally with cross ‑ functional teams.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $17.00 to $25.00 per hour . Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
