Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed for a K-12 school setting in Aurora, IL, to provide specialized behavioral support and interventions for students. This full-time contract position runs from August 4, 2025, through May 29, 2026, offering an opportunity to work within a dynamic educational environment serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for students on caseloads of 10-25 individuals.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement strategies that promote positive behavior and academic success.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to meet educational and behavioral goals.
• Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior management techniques and data collection.
• Maintain consistent documentation and reporting to ensure compliance with educational and clinical standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) is required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification mandatory.
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Schedule and Location:

• 35-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Position located in Aurora, Illinois.
• Contract duration aligned with the 2025-2026 school year calendar.
