- Supervisar y apoyar a los equipos de limpieza en diferentes ubicaciones
- Verificar que los edificios cumplan con los estándares de limpieza de la empresa
- Capacitar y orientar a empleados nuevos y actuales
- Realizar inspecciones de calidad y dar seguimiento a cualquier problema
- Apoyar con las tareas de limpieza cuando sea necesario
- Mantener una comunicación efectiva con empleados, clientes y gerencia
- Ayudar a coordinar las actividades diarias para asegurar que el trabajo se complete correctamente
- Hablar inglés y español (preferible)
- Experiencia previa como supervisor, líder de equipo o en un puesto similar
- Licencia de conducir válida y transporte confiable
- Responsable, organizado y con buena atención a los detalles
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y resolver problemas
