We are seeking a dynamic and driven General Manager (GM) to join our growing team. The AGM plays a critical leadership role in supporting daily operations, mentoring staff, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality, service, and execution.

• Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations across service, staffing, and guest satisfaction

• Lead by example to foster a positive, high-performing culture

• Uphold brand standards and ensure operational excellence across all touchpoints

• Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and administrative tasks

• Train and develop team members to meet performance and hospitality goals

• Monitor and improve financial performance (labor, COGs, budgets)

• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and legal requirements

• Step into the GM role as needed

• 2–4+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality excellence

• Comfortable with systems (POS, scheduling, inventory) and data-driven decisions

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

• Knowledge or passion for Nikkei, Peruvian, or Latin cuisines is highly valued
