We are looking for an experienced UKG Implementation Consultant to lead and manage the deployment of UKG solutions for our clients. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, configuring UKG systems to meet those requirements, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption. As this is a long-term contract position, you will have the opportunity to deliver impactful solutions while supporting clients through their payroll and workforce management transformations. This position is based in Chicago, Illinois, and offers a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the full implementation lifecycle of UKG systems, including configuration, integration, and testing to ensure successful deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, aligning solutions with organizational goals.
• Act as the subject matter expert on UKG solutions such as UKG Pro, Dimensions, and Ready, providing functional insights and recommendations.
• Design and execute thorough testing strategies, including unit tests and user acceptance testing, to validate system functionality.
• Deliver training sessions and create documentation to support end-users in adopting and utilizing the system effectively.
• Partner with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and high-quality outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend innovative solutions to improve client operations using UKG functionalities.
• Provide post-go-live support to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction with the implemented solutions.
• Assist with data migration and integration efforts to ensure seamless transitions between systems.• A minimum of 5 years of experience implementing UKG solutions such as UKG Pro, Dimensions, or Ready.
• Strong understanding of payroll, HR, and workforce management processes, with the ability to align technology solutions to business needs.
• Expertise in configuring UKG systems and optimizing workflows to meet client requirements.
• Familiarity with data migration, integration tools, and UKG reporting and analytics features.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead workshops and provide clear documentation.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively while meeting project deadlines.
• A bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• UKG-related certifications, such as UKG Pro Certified, are highly desirable.
