Customer Service Representative/Parts Counter Sales

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist customers in identifying and locating the right parts for their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the parts counter.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy parts as needed.
