Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee field crews throughout all phases of water tank rehabilitation, including surface preparation, coating, welding, and structural repairs
• Review project blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work to plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements
• Conduct and document daily safety and production meetings to communicate goals, ensure compliance, and maintain team alignment
• Enforce company and OSHA safety policies, conduct job hazard analyses (JHAs), and ensure all work meets environmental and regulatory requirements
• Oversee coating preparation and application in compliance with SSPC, NACE, and AWWA standards, ensuring welds and structural repairs meet quality specifications
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, inspection reports, test results, and progress updates
• Coordinate with project management, engineering teams, vendors, clients, and third-party inspectors to ensure project milestones are achieved and quality standards maintained
• Manage and mentor field personnel, fostering teamwork, accountability, and professional growth
• Oversee equipment and material logistics, including mobilization, demobilization, inspection, and maintenance
• Serve as the on-site company representative, ensuring client satisfaction, addressing issues, and supporting project closeout
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance field efficiency, safety, and quality

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in water tank rehabilitation, industrial coatings, or a related field
• Working knowledge of AWWA, NACE, and OSHA standards
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and maintain safety and quality standards
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Willingness to travel to project sites nationwide
