Personal Injury Attorney
We are a growing, highly respected plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Chicago is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to manage a caseload from pre-litigation through resolution. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys client advocacy, hands-on litigation, and working in a collaborative, results-driven environment.

- Handle a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement demands
- Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, and appear in court
- Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers
- Evaluate liability, damages, and case value
- Work closely with partners and support staff to drive favorable outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Chicago Bar license in good standing
- 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury or civil litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, negotiation, and case management skills
- Deposition and court appearance experience preferred
- Trial experience is a plus but not required
- Client-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$200,000 base annually . xrczosw We evaluate candidates based on proven results, including settlements, jury verdicts, and future potential.
