Barista - Bolingbrook, Illinois

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The barista will be responsible for:
- performing shift opening and closing duties as assigned.
- greeting customers, taking orders, preparing and serving beverages, and food items in accordance with established service standards.
- cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining the store standards.
- ensuring that proper food handling procedures are followed.
- stocking and replenishing food, beverages and utensils as needed.
- ensuring consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory; communicating shortages as necessary.
- efficiently serving customers by being knowledgeable about offerings.
- assist with various administrative duties including ordering products, organizing stockrooms, coordinating vendors, etc.
- researching and resolving quality and service complaints and/or issues.
- receiving, unloading and distributing deliveries.
- other duties as assigned.
