CDL-A Regional Truck Drivers -Dedicated Lanes

Run: IL, OH, IN, MI Home Time: Weekly Average Annual Pay: $80K $115K

Compensation and Bonuses

• Weekly Pay: $1,750 to $2,150
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 (Paid out over your first 6 months)
• Mileage Pay: $0.80 to $0.86 CPM (Based on experience)
• Unload Pay: $325 per trailer (Average of 3 trailer unloads per week)
• Paid Training: $150/Day (Training lasts 3 to 6 days)

Job Duties and Freight

• Easy Unloading: Deliveries are made by placing boxes onto a conveyor belt.
• No Merchandising: You do not go into the store. Store personnel take items off the conveyor belt and handle the inventory.
• Operating Area: Drivers are almost always within 500 miles of home.

Benefits and Home Time

• Home Time: Home weekly. You will not be home for the full weekend, but you are guaranteed at least one day home during the weekend.
• Rider and Pet Policy: Bring your loved one and your pet from Day 1 (Note: Passengers/pets are not allowed in the truck during your 3-6 days of account training).
• Full Benefits: Health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K start after just 30 days .

Hiring Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience (Local, Regional, or OTR) within the last 3 years.
• DOT Drug Test: Strict zero-tolerance policy. No history of a failed or refused DOT drug test.
• Employment History: Stable work history (Maximum of 4 jobs in the last year, 6 jobs in the last 2 years, or 8 jobs in the last 3 years).
• Safety Record: No terminations from your last position due to safety reasons (applicants with a safety-related termination must have 6 months of clean driving with another carrier).
• Driving History: Maximum of 1 DOT preventable accident in the last 3 years (no more than 3 total accidents/incidents). Maximum of 3 moving violations in the last 3 years (none within the last 12 months).
