Production Manager

Location: Chicago, 60618

Schedule: 6am-3pm - Monday-Friday

Salary: 60k-75k

Duties:
1.
Oversee and manage a team of 12 production associates.

2.
Ensure daily production targets are met.

3. Ensure the team follows company regulations and remains compliant at all times.
4. Assisting creating work schedule and payroll

Requirements:
1. 2+ years of manager or supervisor experience preferably in food manufacturing
2. Ability to manage employees effectively
3. Ability to follow and enforce clean and efficient processes
4. Bilingual In Spanish
