Blender/Mixer Operator
Hodgkins, IL
6:00AM-2:30PM $18.50
2:00PM-10:30PM $19.00
Responsibilities Include:
- Inspects product to verify conformance to customer specifications, including proper application of ingredients/material.
- Records all ingredients received and used during each shift.
- Measure and blend ingredients according to batch sheet instructions and monitor blending process.
- Operates auxiliary equipment associated with the operations of the machine including but not limited to weigh scales, conveyor systems, etc
- Ensures blender is maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Recommends measures to improve methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
- Analyzes production problems and assists team members in solving them.
- Maintains process control paperwork
- Ensure test pieces are fed through metal detector per SOP frequency.
- Ability to make weight adjustments on filler/Control seal bar temperature / dwell time and pressure

Requirements:
- 3 -5 years of Machine Operator experience.
- Must be flexible open to working weekends or long hours
- Must have previous experience food manufacturing
- Must know how to operate machinery
