Sr. Project Manager-EPMO
Pay Range:
$41.58 - $62.37A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our EPMO. The Senior Project Manager-Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing high-impact projects of significant complexity and strategic importance across Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS). This position will act as a mentor to Project Managers, driving best practices in project delivery, methodology adherence, and stakeholder engagement. The Senior Project Manager-EPMO will be instrumental in aligning projects with system-wide strategic priorities and ensuring sustainable outcomes.Position Specifics:

o Schedule: Full Time, 40 hrs/wk
o Location: 100% remote, accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NH, SC, TN, TX, OH, WI, or WY.
o Compensation that aligns with your experience
INTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS:
- Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)
- Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)
- Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field required.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
- High School Diploma and five years of project management experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
Experience Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects is required.
- Experience in healthcare, IT, and/or other regulated industries is required.
- Previous EPMO or PMO experience is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or equivalent certification is required.
- Additional certifications in Agile or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
