Closing Coordinator

As a Loan Origination Specialist in Wholesale Loan Services, you will be responsible for coordinating the post approval activities with Credit Risk Officers/Bankers and other areas of Wholesale Loan Services to ensure all loans are closed and funded to meet our client’s expectations.

Job responsibilities

• Manage and maintain an individual pipeline of active commercial loans
• Collect and review legal loan documentation for operational feasibility, optimal execution mechanics, regulatory requirements, and mitigation of operational risk
• Review and advise on funding mechanics and operational requirements relating to products, process, and policies
• Coordinate flow of post approval tasks from mandate to booking

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task through the practice of strong organizational and time management skills
• Minimum of 2+years’ experience in commercial loan products and documentation

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• College degree or equivalent work experience
