We are currently looking for a reliable, professional, enthusiastic team player for an Administrative/Marketing Assistant that will provide support to our Executives and Sales management team. Experience with Word, Excel, and Adobe is a must. We are also looking for someone who has knowledge of phone and tablet based apps and has the ability to share that knowledge within the company to help drive sales.

Major Responsibilites:

• Design print marketing and advertising materials in collaboration with other departments, including but not limited to flyers, booklets, and labels.
• Design and update newsletters, including preparation of artwork for printer and oversight of the distribution and delivery process.
• Company travel and hotel arrangements for executive staff
• Administrative duties including but not limited to ordering office supplies, vending, organizing staff lunches, and other daily tasks.

Qualifications:

• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Above average computer skills.
• Must be proficient in design software
• Ability to prioritize and accurately handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Proven ability to compose memos, correspondence, and other professional documents
• Self-starter and team player
• Very thorough with an outstanding attention to detail; proofreading skills a must
• Ability to use many forms of social media and electronic forms of communication
• Be able to work with confidential information
• Must have excellent attendance

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Hours M-F 7:30-4:30
