An expanding pediatric private practice in Woodridge is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative, therapist-centered environment built with sustainability and long-term growth in mind. This clinic was developed in response to therapist burnout, with intentional systems designed to promote balance, strong team culture, and quality patient care.

This role offers the opportunity to help shape clinic growth while creating consistency for families and building a stable caseload within a supportive setting.

Role Overview

• Manage and treat a pediatric speech-language caseload based in Woodridge

• Provide high-quality, child-centered therapy services in a multidisciplinary setting

• Collaborate with occupational and physical therapy providers as part of an integrated care team

• Contribute to the development and stability of a growing, community-based clinic

• Support mentorship, onboarding, or leadership initiatives as the clinic expands (for senior or lead-level clinicians)

• Maintain timely documentation and participate in productivity-based performance opportunities

Compensation & Incentives

• Salary: $68,000–$75,000 annually

• Sign-on bonus available for candidates able to begin by April 1

• Higher compensation available for clinicians with pediatric feeding experience

• Monthly productivity bonus program with potential to increase overall earnings

• Flexible compensation structure may be discussed based on experience

Schedule & Structure

• Flexible scheduling options

• Target of approximately 32 treatment hours per week

• Dedicated time built in for documentation

• Option for a 4-day workweek

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Illinois

• Pediatric experience preferred-at this time, only open to CCC-SLPs.

• Feeding experience highly valued

• Leadership or mentorship experience welcomed

• Ability to manage a caseload and collaborate within a team-based environment
