Position: Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and Repair : Keep everything running from HVAC systems to electrical, plumbing, and structural elements.
  • Ensure Satisfaction : Deliver top-notch service to our residents by keeping both the interior and exterior in prime condition.
  • Stay Ahead of Maintenance Needs : Preventative maintenance is key. You'll document and address issues before they become bigger problems.
  • Emergency Support : Provide support after hours as needed, ensuring residents always feel taken care of.

Physical Demands:

This is a hands-on role, so expect to be on your feet, moving, bending, climbing, and lifting heavy objects. You'll need the stamina to keep up with the demands of the job.

Is This You?

 If you have a high school diploma (or equivalent), 2-3 years of maintenance experience, and hold a valid driver's license, you're already ahead of the game. If you also have an EPA Type 2 or Universal certification, even better!

Pay is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, education, and the overall compensation package.
