Process Engineer - Dairy Ingredient Manufacturing
Overview:
We are looking for a technically driven and detail-oriented Process Engineer to support, optimize, and innovate our dairy ingredient manufacturing operations. This role ensures efficient, safe, and high-quality production while driving continuous improvement across all key processing steps.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize and troubleshoot dairy processing operations (e.g., separation, pasteurization, evaporation, drying, membrane filtration).
Analyze production data to improve yields, product consistency, and energy efficiency.
Lead continuous-improvement and root-cause analysis initiatives.
Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, SOPs, and documentation.
Support commissioning, validation, and optimization of new or upgraded equipment.
Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, R&D, and Operations teams to meet production goals.
Ensure compliance with FSMA, HACCP, GMPs, and customer specifications.
Monitor and enhance automation, instrumentation, and CIP systems.
Provide technical support to operators and train staff on process changes.
Drive safety-first practices and support risk assessments and corrective actions.
