This highly specialized Imaging - Radiology Tech opportunity offers you exposure to a Level II Trauma Center equipped with five advanced procedural suites: Cath Labs, EP Room, Hybrid Room, and IR Room. This role is designed for those who thrive in dynamic settings and are eager to work alongside some of the region’s leading clinicians. Expand your skill set with hands-on experience in complex cardiac, vascular, and interventional radiology procedures, and collaborate with strong interdisciplinary teams using cutting-edge equipment and systems like EPIC, Merge hemodynamic, and Siemens.

Schedule & Hours:

• Rotational on-call shifts: 10-11 call shifts per month, including 2 weekends (Fri–Mon, 4p–7a)
• On-call for holidays (1–2 per contract), closed otherwise
• Shifts require 30-minute response time

Qualifications:

• ARRT, IEMA (IL Radiologic License), BLS, and ACLS required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in either Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology
• Proven ability to scrub and pan simultaneously, operate Impella and balloon pumps, and perform hemodynamic monitoring
• Flexibility to float between IR and Cath Lab (if cross-trained)
• Previous travel experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Support diagnostic and interventional procedures for adult inpatient and outpatient populations
• Collaborate closely with RT, RN, and physician teams
• Ensure precise operation of specialized equipment and adherence to safety protocols
• Maintain rigorous documentation standards within EPIC and related charting platforms
