Nuva Haus is Chicago's destination for longevity and advanced wellness — a modern, considered space in River North where science-backed treatments meet genuine hospitality. We offer hormone optimization, peptide therapy, IV drips, aesthetics, and recovery modalities designed to help clients feel and perform at their best.

We're building a team that takes the client experience as seriously as the clinical one. That means every touchpoint — from the first call to the final follow-up — should feel intentional, warm, and exceptional.

The Role

This is a front-of-house role with real ownership. As our Client Experience & Wellness Concierge, you are the connective tissue of Nuva Haus — the person who makes clients feel known, supported, and excited to come back. You will work across every service line, build lasting relationships with our client base, and play a direct role in the growth and retention of the practice.

This is not a passive desk role. The right person is curious about wellness, energized by human connection, and brings a hospitality mindset to every interaction — whether that's greeting a new client, following up after a treatment, or helping someone understand which protocol is right for them.

What You Will Own

Client Relationship & Retention

• Greet every client with genuine warmth — remember names, preferences, and treatment history
• Drive rebooking and retention through personalized follow-up calls, texts, and progress check-ins
• Build long-term client relationships that support wellness goals and membership growth

Clinic Coordination & Flow

• Prepare guests for services including IV drips, injections, aesthetics, and recovery therapies
• Coordinate appointments and manage day-of scheduling with precision and calm
• Support room turnover, setup, and clinic cleanliness standards

Client Education & Sales Support

• Educate clients on our full service menu, wellness protocols, and membership offerings (full training provided)
• Make thoughtful product and service recommendations aligned to each client's goals
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and team performance

Who You Are

• You have a genuine enthusiasm for wellness, longevity, or health optimization — and you bring that energy to every conversation
• You are warm, professional, and instinctively hospitable — clients leave your interactions feeling taken care of
• You are organized, reliable, and calm under pressure in a fast-moving clinical environment
• You can hold a real conversation about treatments like NAD+, IV therapy, peptide protocols, and aesthetics — or you're highly motivated to learn
• Experience in wellness, medspa, aesthetics, hospitality, or client services is a strong advantage — not a requirement
• A licensed esthetician or medical assistant background is a plus, not a prerequisite

We will train the right person. What we can't train is genuine care, professional presence, and the instinct to make every client feel like a priority.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $21–$30 per hour, based on experience
