Dumarey group is seeking a motivated and articulate Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role is based at our location in Michigan Center, Michigan, United States . As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for many potential clients and will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling high-quality appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate is a superb communicator with a professional telephone manner and a resilient, target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from targeted lists and databases.

* Clearly and persuasively articulate the company's value proposition to generate interest.

* Qualify leads against established criteria to ensure they are a suitable match for our services.

* Secure and schedule qualified appointments for the senior sales team.

* Maintain an organised pipeline and accurately document all client interactions and lead information in our CRM system.

* Follow up with potential clients through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships.

* Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified appointments set.

* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless lead handover process and to refine lead generation strategies.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, telesales, or a similar role.

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

* A professional, confident, and courteous telephone manner.

* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection professionally.

* Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software is highly desirable.

* A strong determination to achieve and exceed targets.
