Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Neuro MedSurg Acute for a travel assignment in Peoria, Illinois. This role offers an opportunity to work within an acute care setting, focusing on a variety of neuroscience patients. Candidates with experience in level 1 trauma and previous travel assignments will thrive in this vibrant and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide expert care to patients with conditions such as stroke, spine surgery, and brain injuries
• Utilize heparin titrated drips based on PTT
• Collaborate with a charge nurse and house supervisor to ensure optimal staffing and care
• Float between units as required, providing care within your competency
• Document patient care in the EPIC charting system

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Active IL license or confirmation of initiation
• BLS and NIHSS certifications
• Level 1 trauma and dedicated neuro unit experience
• Previous travel experience
