Job Summary

Th e We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support laboratory operations by performing quality assurance testing, preparing technical reports, and assisting with fluid design and additive selection. This is an entry-level position with paid training provided, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in laboratory operations within a fast-paced industrial environment.

Job Description

• Perform quality assurance testing on products to verify compliance with specifications.
• Prepare laboratory reports prior to field service delivery.
• Assist with additive selection and fluid design under the guidance of technical personnel.
• Maintain laboratory equipment in clean, safe, and operational condition.
• Dispose of laboratory waste according to established procedures.
• Conduct routine laboratory audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Provide technical support to engineering and product teams as needed.
• Prepare technical presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain communication with laboratory support teams and operating locations.
• Perform risk assessments before beginning laboratory tasks to identify and mitigate potential safety or quality concerns.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and customer service meetings.
• Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain all required safety training.
• Ensure all assigned work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Shift: 12 Hours Shifts • 8 Days On/4 Days Off - 8 Nights On/4 Days Off

S kills Required

• Entry-level position; no prior laboratory experience required.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong willingness to learn new processes and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout a 12-hour shift.

Education

• Highschool diploma or GED

Pay Rate

• $19.90 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
