Brand Manager - Remote | WFH
BioKleen has been a pioneer in sustainable cleaning for over 30 years, with strong distribution in natural food stores.
In this role, you will act as the general manager of these brands, overseeing their P&L, marketing, innovation, and business strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and use data-driven insights to drive profitability, enhance brand visibility, and develop new product opportunities. What You'll Do Business & Brand Management Own the P&L, ensuring profitability and achievement of annual financial targets.
Analyze sales and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Lead cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, R&D, Operations) to align on brand strategies.
Drive project leadership and execution to achieve brand growth objectives. Marketing & Communications Develop and execute advertising, promotional, and media plans.
Enhance consumer-facing content and claims to highlight product benefits.
Manage packaging strategy and modifications to align with growth initiatives.
Conduct market research to gain insights and optimize brand positioning. Innovation & New Product Development Identify new product opportunities aligned with brand growth strategies.
Utilize consumer data and market trends to evaluate new categories and product extensions.
Define key innovation targets, including claims, pricing, and launch timelines.
Partner with innovation teams to bring new products to market. Sales & Finance Collaboration Align brand strategy with sales objectives to maximize market impact.
Develop compelling sales presentations and materials.
Define pricing strategies and ensure alignment across all channels. What You Bring Strong ability to analyze consumer and market data to identify opportunities.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience with P&L management and financial decision-making.
Knowledge of market research techniques and their application in brand growth.
Strong project management and organizational skills. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in brand or product management in a consumer goods (CPG) environment.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Experience developing and executing growth strategies.
Experience managing P&L and financial targets.
Strong track record in consumer marketing, sales strategy, and innovation. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $92,600 - $135,000 (based on experience, skills, and location). What We Offer: Flexible work options (remote, hybrid, onsite).
