We are seeking an Experienced Personal Insurance Account Manager to join our team and help manage a growing book of personal lines clients. If you have a strong insurance knowledge and enjoy working directly with clients and carriers, we'd love to hear from you.
What you will do:
*Manage personal lines policies (home, auto, umbrella, renters)
*Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and coverage questions
*Obtain quotes and review coverage options
* Maintain accurate client records and provide excellent service
What we are looking for:
* 3+ years experience in personal lines
* Prefer activate Property & Casualty (P&C) license
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Experience with agency management systems preferred
