We specialize in compliance-driven print, mail, and digital solutions for highly regulated industries. We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Night Shift Inserter Technician to join our high-performing team.

3rd Shift {Night} Hours

$20- $24 hourly

Job description

• Operate and maintain high-speed inserters and mail-finishing equipment
• Work with both cut-sheet and roll-fed materials
• Ensure accuracy through quality checks: job specs, sequence, samples, and data integrity
• Collaborate across departments including Print, Prepress, and Client Services
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance
• Safely load/unload materials using material-handling equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment in line with HIPAA, SOC2, and OSHA standards
• Support overtime and other production needs as required
• 2+ years of experience with inserters, bindery, or other mail-finishing equipment
• Familiarity with press imposition and production workflows
• Comfortable with computer-based machine controls and job tracking
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A collaborative, team-oriented attitude
