Overview: 10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full‑time W‑2 Class A CDL drivers, including recent CDL school graduates and candidates with limited professional driving experience. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, with routes primarily operating east of I‑35. • Progress is assessed through supervised driving and competency evaluations prior to independent assignments.

Primary responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
• Haul primarily no‑touch dry van freight (approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook) for customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Execute scheduled pickups and deliveries while maintaining on‑time performance.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and required vehicle inspection records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and follow company procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL or recent CDL graduate eligibility for the company’s training program.
• Candidates with limited professional driving experience are welcome; trainees must meet the minimum instruction requirement (at least 120 hours) to qualify for the paid training program.
