Compensation Range: $45-$50/hr W2
Job Description:
Oversee multiple concurrent IT projects, driving delivery, alignment, and execution across cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage 5–25 concurrent projects across various stages of delivery
- Build and maintain project timelines, plans, and trackers
- Lead kickoff calls and align stakeholders across technical, product, and leadership teams
- Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies; proactively resolve issues
- Provide regular status updates to executives, clients, and internal teams
- Manage project financials including budgets, forecasts, and actuals
- Develop Statements of Work (SOWs) and manage change requests (scope control)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
- Support onboarding, training, and shadowing during initial ramp period
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- Professional services or consulting experience
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong client-facing experience with external stakeholders
- Expertise in Smartsheet (or similar PM tools)
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with ability to anticipate risks
- Excellent communication skills across technical and executive audiences
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in financial services (banking, lending, or related)
- Familiarity with Salesforce-based PM tools (e.g., Certinia)
- Experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
