Your Role: Industrial Machinery Technician

Imagine working under the guidance of our Facilities Manager, where your main mission is to build, fabricate, or repair tools and equipment crucial for production. Does this excite you?

What You'll Do:

• Master the mechanics, shop mathematics, and metal properties required for precise fabrication and repairs.

• Decode and implement blueprints with accuracy.

• Employ precision instruments to ensure tooling meets exact specifications.

• Build new or replacement parts and elevate production facilities with skilled repairs.

• Execute mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical work seamlessly.

• Keep meticulous work records and operate equipment like lift trucks diligently.

• Maintain a tidy and prepared workspace, while efficiently managing supplies and tools.

Your Skills:

- Proven ability to adapt in dynamic environments and maintain reliability under pressure.
- Initiative to proactively solve problems and enhance processes.
- Proficiency in planning, organizing, and fostering a culture of professionalism and quality.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity at high standards.

Education & Experience:

• 1-3 years of trades training or equivalent expertise.

• Practical experience in equipment maintenance is essential.

• Possess strong communication skills and flexibility in team dynamics.
