We’re looking for a data-driven, process-obsessed, and leadership-savvy Operations & Purchasing Manager to take our logistics and inventory game to the next level.

About the Role:
As the Operations & Purchasing Manager, you’ll be the quarterback of our warehouse and inventory operations. You’ll lead with analytics, optimize with intention, and manage a high-performance team to ensure everything flows — from our shelves to our customers.

Your playbook includes:

• 
  Warehouse Management: Own the day-to-day, from inventory control to safety standards and warehouse layout optimization.


• 
  Inventory Forecasting: Build dashboards, analyze trends, and ensure we’re always stocked with what we need — maintaining optimal stock levels.


• 
  Shipping & Receiving: Oversee all shipments with precision, track deliveries, and negotiate relationships with carriers.


• 
  Team Leadership: Hire, train, and inspire a warehouse team that thrives on accountability and teamwork.


• 
  Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, improve SOPs, and implement new technologies and security to safeguard high-value items.


• 
  Financial Oversight: Manage operational budgets, forecast spending, and track costs for inventory and signing events.


• 
  Analytics & Reporting: Use data to guide decisions and regularly report on KPIs and warehouse performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years in operations, logistics, or inventory management


• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making skills


• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel (dashboards, formulas, and visualizations)


• Strong organizational skills


• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing teams


• Skilled in warehouse logistics, shipping, and inventory forecasting


• Solid understanding of budgeting and cost control

Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

We are located just outside Chicago, IL in the town of Burr Ridge. We are only thirty minutes from downtown Chicago and less than twenty minutes from Downers Grove, La Grange, and Bolingbrook.
