Restaurant Manager
- Interacting and building relationships with guests. Frequent table touches and overall focus on guest experience
- Assist in maintaining and improving food quality, hospitality, and service standards. Collaborate with the FOH leadership team to ensure the efficient and profitable functioning of the restaurant.
- Aid in the training and development of front-of-house staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to exceed guests' expectations. Provide ongoing support, guidance, and coaching to foster a culture of excellence.
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of wine, including food parings and wine procurement.

- Lead in administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, payroll management, menu updates, and basic social media updates. Support in POS programming, ordering supplies, and cash handling as necessary.
- Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the menu. Foster communication and teamwork between front and back of house to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Help oversee daily operations, including controlling inventory, responding to customer complaints, and monitoring staff performance. Set work schedules and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring process for new team members. Provide training, motivation, and support to enhance staff performance and morale.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and liquor regulations. Monitor staff and guest actions to maintain a safe and compliant environment. Assist in evaluating and improving health and safety practices.
- Collaborate closely with other onsite managers and employees to ensure smooth guest experiences. Support public and private events, festivals, and other activities to enhance guest satisfaction.
