Administrative Assistant – Cyr/Woertz Financial Group

About the Role
We are a growing independent financial advisory practice seeking an organized and personable administrative assistant to support daily operations and client service. This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in the financial industry and a desire to grow into a licensed professional role over time.
You will be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and helping deliver an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle daily administrative operations including remote check deposits, mail processing, and account maintenance.
· Answer phones, greet clients, and route calls or messages professionally.
· Maintain and update client files, CRM records, and compliance documentation.
· Assist with account openings, transfers, and service requests.
· Help plan and execute client appreciation and educational events.
· Manage client communications and scheduling.
· Assist with website updates and light marketing coordination.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
· Strong interest in the financial planning and investment industry; willingness to pursue industry licensing (SIE, Series 7/66, insurance) is a plus.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both written and verbal.
· High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM systems, document management tools, or financial platforms (LPL ClientWorks, DocuSign, Wealthbox, ACT) a plus.
· Positive, professional attitude with a client-first mindset.
