Sparkle Express Car Wash is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support multiple locations across Central Illinois.

If you’re a hands-on technician who can troubleshoot, repair, and keep equipment running with minimal supervision , this is a great opportunity to take ownership of your work and grow your career.

What You'll Do:

• Perform preventive maintenance across multiple sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
• Maintain conveyor systems (chain, belt, and dolly systems).
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Work directly with Site Managers to keep operations running efficiently.

What We're Looking For (Upgraded for Quality Candidates)

• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance or industrial repair experience.
• Ability to diagnose and fix equipment issues independently.
• Experience with motors, pumps, conveyors, or similar systems.
• Comfortable working across multiple locations with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and sense of urgency.

Car wash experience is a plus, but not required

Pay & Benefits:

• $22–$23 per hour.
