We’re seeking a mechanically experienced District Maintenance Technician to support five high-volume express exterior locations across Central Illinois.

This is a district-level field role for a skilled technician who understands that uptime drives performance. You will serve as the primary technical responder across multiple sites — diagnosing issues, preventing failures, and restoring equipment quickly and efficiently.

If you have experience in industrial maintenance, conveyor systems, automated equipment, or electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, this role offers autonomy, accountability, and performance-based earning potential.

This is for a skilled field technician — not a general handyman.

What You’ll Actually Be Working On

• Tunnel conveyor systems
• Electric motors (low & high voltage)
• Bearings, sprockets, shafts
• Air cylinders & pneumatic systems
• Gas shocks & moving assemblies
• Minor plumbing components
• Automated wash control systems

You will diagnose, repair, and prevent equipment failures that directly impact site revenue.

What We’re Looking For

We are prioritizing candidates with:

• Technicians with industrial or commercial maintenance experience
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical & electrical systems
• Ability to read schematics (preferred)
• Preventative maintenance background
• Independent field service experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong time management and self-direction

Car wash industry experience is a plus — but strong mechanical aptitude matters more.

Compensation

• $22–$23 per hour (based on experience)
• Up to $750/month performance bonus (up to $9,000 annually)
