Billing and Reconciliation Specialist

As a Billing & Reconciliation Specialist, you will be the point person for managing complex premium payments. You’ll play a critical role in reconciling list and direct bill payments, ensuring our clients and carriers remain in sync. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-volume environments and takes pride in pinpointing and resolving financial discrepancies.

salary: $17.99 - $18 per hour

work hours: 7 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile premium payments across multiple locations, product lines, and carriers/vendors to ensure 100% accuracy.

• Act as a "financial detective" to research and resolve billing issues, suspense discrepancies, and payment variances.

• Execute high-volume billing updates across various platforms, including Dynamic cases and legacy systems, with high speed and precision.

• Assist internal teams and external partners in streamlining the billing lifecycle and improving payment workflows.

Contract role until December 2026
