Electronics Assembly Technician

Build what matters in Aurora, IL

Join a fast-moving production team where your steady hands and sharp eyes turn components into complete electronic assemblies. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent hours, skill growth, and a clear path to long-term employment.

A day in your role

• Start your 1st shift at 7:00 am and wrap at 3:00 pm, Monday–Friday.
• Translate samples or schematics into finished electronic assemblies using hand soldering and precise techniques.
• Record each build in a computer-based production log so the team stays on track.
• Examine units carefully for quality, then pack completed products for shipment.
• Handle tools such as wire strippers, exacto knives, calipers, and an RF scanner with confidence.

Pay and schedule

• $17.00–$19.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• 1st Shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday – Friday.

What you bring

• At least 1 year in electronic production working with components and assemblies.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards.
• Hand soldering experience.
• Proficiency with electrical/electronic systems.
