CDL Driver

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Part-Time CDL Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class A) and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and service. This role involves transporting goods in accordance with company standards and DOT regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with all DOT and company regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
- Transport goods to designated locations on time.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation as required by law and company policy.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
- Ensure cargo is secured correctly and handled with care.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL (Class A) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and handle physical aspects of the job.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time hours; flexible scheduling available.
- Pay Range: $24 – $35 per hour (based on experience).
