Job Summary

• Calls potential customers to follow up and discuss assessment of issues within home after an Outside Salesman's visit
• -Builds rapport and confidence in Woods solutions, providing options

This is a real opportunity to develop the skills and talent to participate in this booming industry.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday. Applicant must be 16 years of age and be able to pass a drug screening, background check.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Talents:

• Experience in Customer Service and Inbound/Outbound Call Center
• Energetic Attitude willing to learn, grow and drive calls
• Skill in building relationships and explaining detailed features of work
• Must be comfortable sitting in stationary position for full shifts
