Our agency has been proudly serving the community for 19 years, continuing a family legacy that began when my grandfather opened the agency in 1955. With a team of 4, we focus on creating a professional, growth-oriented environment where everyone is supported in reaching their goals - both personal and professional. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois and am passionate about helping people understand the importance of insurance, how it protects families, and how it plays a role in planning for the future. Giving back to the community is also a priority for us, we partner with Oak Lawn High School, raise funds with Filling the Gap, and regularly host food and clothing drives. Team members enjoy benefits including health insurance, a 401K, and ongoing training to help them grow in their careers. If you’re looking for a place where you can make a difference, be supported, and be part of a close-knit team, we’d love to connect with you. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
