Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers a full-time occupational therapy role within a K-12 school setting, focusing on supporting students participation in classroom activities through targeted interventions. The contract runs from August 11, 2025, through May 22, 2026, with orientation scheduled for August 4th and 5th. The schedule consists of 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate students engagement in school activities by addressing fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, sensory processing, and self-care abilities.
• Adapt tasks and environments to meet individual student needs.
• Conduct diagnostic and evaluation assessments as needed.
• Prepare thorough, clear reports following assessments and observations.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives and acmodations.
• Collaborate and municate effectively with parents, teachers, and team members regarding student development and required support.

Qualifications:

• Current or eligible Illinois state occupational therapy license.
• Strong munication skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility and problem-solving skills to address diverse student needs.
