We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll & HR Administrator to manage payroll operations and support key HR functions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while providing excellent support throughout the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the employee onboarding process, including payroll setup
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
• Manage and audit electronic timekeeping systems
• Calculate payable hours, commissions, tax withholdings, and deductions
• Prepare and distribute earnings statements
• Process payroll, including paychecks and direct deposits
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in payroll and/or HR administration
• Experience with payroll systems (ADP preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Working knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
