Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure project specifications, quality standards, and timelines are met.
• Direct and coordinate the work of construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project progression.
• Inspect construction materials and tools to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Monitor progress and prepare regular reports on project status, including budget adherence and labor efficiency.
• Serve as a primary contact for on-site construction activities and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of work activities, progress, accidents, and issues encountered on-site.
• Train and mentor junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence and safety on the job site.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in construction management preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, safety standards, and building codes.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
• A valid construction supervisor license or equivalent will be an advantage.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction supervision or a related role.
• Experience managing large construction projects and leading diverse teams.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
