Job Title: Spin & Fitness Instructor — Saturday Mornings
Pay: $30–$35 per class

EARN $90–$120 IN ONE SATURDAY MORNING
Three back-to-back classes. Done by 11:15am. Home by noon. If you have the energy, the personality, and the certification — this is the most efficient part-time teaching slot in Chicago.
About Evolve
Evolve Yoga & Fitness is a boutique studio on Chicago's Northwest Side with a loyal, high-energy community that has been building for eight years. Our Saturday morning program is our most attended block of the week. We are looking for the right person to own it.
Your Saturday
- 8:30am — Spin & Sculpt Express (30 min) — 15 min cycling, 15 min sculpt off the bike
- 9:15am — Steady Endurance & Fat Burn Ride (45 min) — structured intervals, climbs, sprint work
- 10:30am — Total Body Fitness (45 min) — full body strength and conditioning
- Done by 11:15am
- Additional weekday slot available as schedule grows
The Format
Full curriculum provided for every class. Structured sequences, timed intervals, exercise selection — all documented. You learn the format, deliver it with your personality, and make it yours. No lesson planning. No guesswork. Just show up and bring the energy.
6-Week Trial Period
Strong performers move to $40 per class at the end of the trial. We move fast in both directions.
What We Are Looking For
- Spin or indoor cycling certification required — Schwinn, Mad Dogg, Keiser or equivalent
- Group fitness certification preferred — NASM, ACE, AFAA or equivalent
- High energy and naturally motivating — members come back because of you
- Coachable — you execute a system and bring your personality to it
- Reliable — Saturday morning is yours every week
- Demo class required as part of the hiring process
