Join Mpac Automation and Help Shape the Future of Packaging Innovation
At Mpac Automation, we're redefining what's possible in high-speed packaging and automation solutions. As we continue to grow across the Americas, we're looking for a driven, commercially minded Regional Sales Manager to help expand our market presence, build lasting customer partnerships, and deliver innovative solutions to some of the world's leading manufacturing brands.
This is more than a sales role. It's an opportunity to become a trusted advisor to customers, influence strategic business growth, and play a key part in delivering cutting-edge automation projects across a dynamic and evolving industry.
What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of our commercial team, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a designated sales territory while developing strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers. You'll work closely with engineering, applications, and internal support teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive customer success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering and managing sales revenue targets within your assigned territory.
- Growing existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Managing leads generated through websites, trade shows, and marketing activities.
- Building strategic sales plans and executing territory growth initiatives.
- Collaborating with engineering and sales support teams to ensure high-quality, accurate and timely proposals.
- Acting as the voice of the customer internally and representing Mpac professionally within the marketplace.
- Providing product training and technical guidance to customers.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Representing Mpac at industry events and trade exhibitions.
- Supporting project financial performance through effective budget and contract awareness.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an ambitious sales professional who combines technical understanding with a consultative sales approach.
You'll ideally have:
- A degree in Engineering, Packaging, Automation, Industrial Machinery, or a related discipline.
- Experience selling custom-built packaging machinery, automation equipment, or similar capital equipment solutions.
- Knowledge of manufacturing environments and machinery assembly processes.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage complex customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confidence working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Who Are You?
You'll be someone who:
- Is highly motivated by achieving results and exceeding expectations.
- Builds credibility and influence at all levels.
- Enjoys solving complex customer challenges.
- Takes ownership and accountability.
- Leads through collaboration rather than authority.
- Isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and stay close to the action.
Why Join Mpac?
Joining Mpac Automation means becoming part of a global organisation at the forefront of automation technology. You'll have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, partner with leading manufacturers, and make a direct impact on the company's continued growth across the Americas.
If you're passionate about sales, automation, and building long-term customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply today and help drive the future of automated packaging solutions.
