Office Administrator
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Office Administrator in Sterling, VA. Key Tasks:
- Serve as the front-desk point of contact, greeting visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails; Provide basic information or direct inquiries appropriately
- Perform administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, filing, record keeping, and document organization
- Support time entry and administrative tracking processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain spreadsheets and basic logs using tools such as Microsoft Excel
- Assist with fleet, equipment, or asset tracking as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to support office operations and employee needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-office environment
- Perform additional administrative tasks or office support duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Professional, personable, and customer-service-oriented demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working onsite in an operational or hands-on office environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
